Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to work for our client based in Brussels.
As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled team that designs, develops, deploys, customizes, and supports the development and implementation of large-scale applications regarding EU Institutions Projects.
Description of tasks:
- Review of the ticket resolution from the content point of view
- Assess the complexity of reported issues via the ticketing system and reporting tools and the need for knowledge to treat them efficiently.
- Cooperate with the Technical Knowledge Specialist aiming to update the external and internal documentation based on the findings
- Contribute to the analysis of stakeholders' and users' satisfaction survey results
- Propose actions and work in cooperation with the CSI team for shift left and improvements in ticket handling based on the findings
- Track and document common issues and trends in content quality
- Maintain thorough records of content evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications
If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience with similar activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and French
- Previous experience in technical customer support
- Proven experience in proofreading or quality control
- Good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for quality
- Proactive, initiative to propose and implement solutions
- Results-oriented, punctual, meticulous, adaptable, and reliable
- ITIL Foundation certification
